Bloopy - Peg-Popping Puzzle Fun

Last Updated: August 2026

Overview

Bloopy ("the App") is a mobile game developed for iOS devices. This Privacy Policy explains what information is involved when you use the App, who handles it, and what choices you have.

The Short Version: We do not run any servers and we do not receive your personal information. Your game progress stays on your device. The App does show ads, which are served by Google and may involve your device's advertising identifier — you control that in iOS Settings. If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores are sent to Apple's leaderboards.

Who Handles Your Information

Bloopy has no backend. The App makes no network requests to any server operated by us, and we have no way to see, collect, or store your personal information.

Three other parties are involved when you play:

Each is described below.

Advertising

Bloopy displays banner ads and optional rewarded video ads (which you may choose to watch in exchange for an extra ball). These are provided by Google AdMob.

To serve ads, Google may collect and process:

Personalised ads and your permission. The first time you play, iOS asks whether Bloopy may track you across apps and websites. If you decline, ads are still shown but are non-personalised — they are not based on your advertising identifier. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, Bloopy presents a consent form provided by Google before ads are personalised, and you can reopen your choices at any time from the Privacy Options row in the App's Settings screen.

Google's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can read how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Remove Ads Subscription

Bloopy offers an optional auto-renewable yearly subscription that removes ads. The purchase is processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account.

We never see or receive your payment details, billing address, or Apple ID. We only receive, from Apple, the fact that an active subscription exists on your device so the App knows to stop showing ads.

You can view, change, or cancel the subscription in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Purchases are governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, Bloopy submits your scores to Apple's leaderboards so they can be compared with other players. This is the one case where game data leaves your device at our request.

What is submitted is a score value associated with your Game Center player. We do not receive your Game Center identity, and we store nothing about you ourselves. Leaderboard data is handled by Apple under its privacy policy.

You can stop this by signing out of Game Center in iOS Settings › Game Center.

Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following locally on your device only:

This data is held in iOS's standard UserDefaults system and the App's Documents directory. It is not transmitted to us, and it is removed when you delete the App. Note that custom levels you deliberately share — for example by AirDrop or the Files app — leave your device because you chose to send them.

Children's Privacy

Bloopy is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because the App is ad-supported, advertising identifiers may be used as described in the Advertising section above. If you are a parent or guardian and would prefer that no advertising identifier is used, decline the tracking prompt or turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track in iOS Settings. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will assist.

Your Choices

Data Security

Game data stored on your device is protected by iOS's standard application sandbox and by whatever device passcode or biometric protection you have enabled. Data handled by Google and Apple is protected under their respective security practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
